FOALING

All mares foaling out at K Bar K are under 24-hourย surveillance and close observation.ย
Our expert foaling attendants are onsite full time to carefully prepare each mare for the foaling process.ย
Any complications or abnormalities will receive immediate attention needed by our vets on call.ย
All foals receive enemas, umbilical treatment, and if requested, imprintingย as well.ย
Igg tests are administered and additional plasma with antibodies can be administered if needed.ย
